Yennie Lee is a first-year student at the Yale School of Management. Prior to Yale, Yennie worked at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation on its U.S. Education strategy and at IDEO.org on launching Amplify, a social innovation incubator in partnership with the UK Department for International Development. Most recently, she worked on designing a strategic framework for impact measurement and evaluation for IDEO.org and continues to be passionate about blending qualitative insights with quantitative data to drive innovation. Yennie holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Chicago. She enjoys reading non-fiction, pub trivia, and rooting for the Golden State Warriors.
