Sign up for YEI Office Hours. YEI staff, mentors and Venture Creation Advisors hold Office Hours each week at the YEI Incubator space at 55 Whitney. Office Hours are the first step for students and faculty to discuss their startup ideas, determine which programs are a fit and receive guidance in how to apply.
Apply for the Venture Creation Program. The VCP supports student and student-faculty ventures with recognized potential that are in their earliest stages of development. Selected student entrepreneurs receive up to $1,000 to develop their prototype or proof of concept, a YEI mentor, access to YEI Consultants and corporate partners and space at YEI.
Apply for the Faculty Venture Creation Program. The Faculty Venture Creation Program was created to catalyze and support the growth of new, early-stage technology commercializaton from faculty at Yale University. Selected faculty entrepreneurs receive up to $2,500 to develop their prototype or proof of concept, a YEI mentor, access to YEI Consultants and corporate partners and space at YEI.
